Spend a Full Day off-road with us on the famous Bloomfield Track, well known since Council Bulldozers pushed it through the Daintree Rainforest in spite of protestors in 1983. The Bloomfield Track starts just north of Cape Tribulation, which is itself 36 kilometres north of the Daintree River in Far North Queensland, Australia.
The track continues for 32 kilometres through rugged terrain to the Bloomfield River, and from there we continue through the aboriginal town of Wujal Wujal and on through Bloomfield. We pass through the Cedar Bay National Park and end up at beautiful Home Rule or Mungumby Lodge, rainforest lodges deep in the jungle.
The Full Day Tour is a fantastic way to experience a variety of habitats, from the rainforests of the Bloomfield Track, to the dry savannah of the Bloomfield Valley. We travel by air-conditioned Toyota Landcruiser and stop regularly to admire the views and experience the area. Only 7 are taken in each group. As much time as possible is spent outside the 4WD.

Home Rule Lodge and Wallaby Creek or Mungumby Lodge and Mungumby Creek. Around two hours can be spent here and we visit lodges depending on group needs and availability. Both are spectacular and allow for walks and swims as well as wildlife spotting.
